October is here! September went out with a bang. Great Walleye fishing and a pile of Northern Pike over 40 inches. The Woman River lake chain never turned over yet so the lake trout didn’t come up shallow before the season closed. But the rest of the fishing was amazing.
We are into our moose hunting now. One group of archers hunting. They took this video the other day. Check out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cs1YRHX5Jvw for some great footage of a monster bull moose. Any guesses on how big that rack is?
Our 2010 bear hunt has been sold out and our 2011 is filling up. Fishermen looking to rebook for next year be sure to let us know your intentions. Seems a lot of people who didn’t come fishing this year are making sure they have reservations for next year. Remember to book your extra equipment as well. The Ultra Deluxe boats were in high demand this past summer. Reserve early so you won’t be disappointed.
Remember to wear some hunter orange when out walking in the woods as hunting seasons are upon us.
